About 6E Club Game

A small, independent puzzle club with one game, one rulebook and no shop. This page explains what the club is, why it is built the way it is, and what it will never ask of you.

One game, done properly

6E Club Game started from a simple question: what happens to a block puzzle when the grid is made of hexagons? The answer is Hex Stack. Every cell sits on three rows instead of two, the board is shaped like a single large hexagon, and the best moves come from seeing all three directions at once. Rather than adding more games, the club puts its effort into making this one feel good on a phone: a preview that shows which rows a drop will finish, a piece that floats above your thumb while you drag, and a board that remembers your run.

The name

“6E” stands for six edges. A hexagon has six, every cell on the board has six, and the meter above the board has six to light before it pays the Crown. Many people search for the club as 6E Club Games, with an s; both names mean this site and this puzzle.

How the club is run

  • Free. There is nothing to buy: no coins, no boosts, no subscription and no paid version.
  • Private by design. Your run and player card are stored in your own browser. The club runs no account database.
  • Self-contained. Every button and guide on the site opens another page of the site. Nothing sends you elsewhere.
  • Fair. Every player gets the same rules and the same chances of each piece. The full rulebook is public on the how-to-play page.

What Club Stars are, and are not

Club Stars measure how much you have played and how well. They are earned at a rate of one per ten points, they move you up five levels, and that is all they do. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person or exchanged for anything, inside or outside the site.

Who it is for

The club is made for adults, 18 and over, who like a short puzzle break: on the bus, between tasks, or before bed. A run usually lasts five to fifteen minutes. If you want to keep it a healthy habit, our play smart page has a few simple ideas.
